With the execution of the new hotel project, the city of Ituzaingó continues to strengthen as a tourism center. Investments made in the last years have contributed to its sustainable growth achieved in different areas.

During said visit, the leader conveyed his commitment to support the investment group carrying out the tourism enterprise located in the surroundings of Ituzaingó city, and investing also in technology, pharmaceutical manufacture, farming and even encourages a project designed to use wood residue as an energy source.
The Governor was accompanied by the company chairman, Hugo Sigman, with whom he discussed about the investments that the province of Corrientes received through this businessman’s resourcefulness, responsible -among other enterprises- for Biogénsis Laboratories. They manufacture the vaccine to fight the Mouth disease, among other veterinary products.
Hotel Puerto Valle is located at only 500 meters from Ruta Nacional 12 but has the peaceful environment irradiated by Yacyretá lake, has six five-star, rural stylishly decorated and yet comfortable guest rooms.

This enterprise will be benefited with the visit to Esteros del Iberá through Ruta Provincial 41, and a local track restored by the hotel administrators who are looking forward to receive the environmental impact study to request the corresponding authorizations before the Production Ministry.
Support and approval
During his visit to the recreational center, Colombi stated that “we have to support this kind of initiatives that generate genuine resources for the province, and project us into the world as a province offering first level tourism resource”. For him, Puerto Valle hotel is “just a cog in the wheel set in motion by this company in Corrientes, since we have been talking about cattle farming, agriculture, forestry and energy generation through wood residues the province has”. The hotel is located in a 17-hectarea field where the most important nursery in the country is found, with a potential annual production of 2,5 million plants from which future trees are extracted and then used by the forestry division of Pomera Company (located in Gobernador Virasoro city) to increase the planted area and to provide seeds for other domestic and international forestry enterprises.
